Mahi Mahi Recipes
Mahi Mahi recipes from Bigeye Fish Guys include a grilled mahi mahi recipe with lemon pepper, and a delicious mahi mahi stir fry recipe that are fast and delicious.

Grilled Mahi Mahi

Ingredients:

4 Mahi Mahi fillets
Olive oil
Sea salt to taste
1/4 cup lemon pepper

Preparation:
Preheat grill to high heat. Brush fillets with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and lemon pepper on both sides. Grill on each side for 3 minutes. Repeat. Serve on top of your choice vegetable and garnish.

Stir-Fried Mahi-Mahi with Vegetables

Ingredients:

1 lb. Mahi-Mahi cut into 1 inch cubes

1 Tbs. vegetable oil

2 carrots, thinly sliced diagonally

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

3 zucchini, cut in 1/4 inch slices

1/4 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, crushed

 

Preparation:

Sprinkle Mahi-Mahi cubes with pepper to taste and set aside. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet or wok over medium high heat. Stir-fry vegetables with thyme 4-5 minutes until vegetables are crisp but tender. Add the Mahi Mahi and stir-fry 3-4 minutes until fish turns opaque.
